See full post here.Post caption: In our updates Principles (link in bio) we highlight one of post-office core ways of being: 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝘿𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙮 (or CD-D) 🌐💿 𝘈𝘭𝘭 𝘸𝘩𝘰'𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘢 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘨𝘦𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦. CD-D is a form of direct democracy striving for a balance between individual autonomy and collective accountability. We basically scale up the required levels of consent along with how many members are impacted by any given decision. Throughout, everything is always open for dialogue by everyone, including the structure of CD-D and our Principles themselves.
